On the initiative and decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, folklore art, which is a masterpiece of the national singing art, is widely promoted, which incorporates genres such as songs, dances, music and stage performances of different peoples, their lifestyles, traditions and values, as well as their culture. In order to establish creative cooperation between the creators of folk art enriching the spiritual world, to further develop Uzbek folk art, to glorify the traditions of folk art to the world, the 2nd international festival "Nurli navolar" was held in Nurota district.
At the beginning of the festival, the deputy of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Uzbekistan Akhmedov Bahadir Mijidovich and the deputy of the governor of Navoi region S. Mirzayev warmly congratulated the participants of the festival.
After that, Mayor of Nurota district A. Fayziyev and Head of Culture and Tourism Department of Navoi region N. Niyazov congratulated the winning teams and solemnly presented them with diplomas, souvenirs and monetary award certificates.
The first nomination in the performance art category "Puppetry" 1st place was awarded to "Bogdon" folklore-ethnographic folk group under the department of culture and tourism of Forish district, Jizzakh region.
The second nomination in the field of "Folklore" art, 1st place, "Yor-yor" folklore-ethnographic folk group under the department of culture and tourism of Khatirchi district, Navoi region.
2nd place: "Bulbuligoyo" folklore-ethnographic folk group under the department of culture and tourism of Shorchi district, Surkhondarya region.
3rd place was won by "Shugla" folklore-ethnographic folk team under the department of culture and tourism of Takhtakoprik district, Republic of Karakalpakstan.
Third nomination: 1st place in the category of the best interpretation of national traditions: "Shodiyona" folklore-ethnographic folk group under the department of culture and tourism of Furqat district of Fergana region.
2nd place: "Shodiyona" folklore-ethnographic folk group under the department of culture and tourism of Yangikurgan district of Namangan region for the best stage interpretation of national values.
Folklore-ethnographic folk group "Kifti-ob ahanglari" under the department of culture and tourism of Kitab district of Kashkadarya region won the 3rd place.
